Company law is part of company law and regulates the organization of the public limited company and the private limited company.
Where can I find Dutch company law?
Book 2 of the Dutch Civil Code contains rules regarding the entire life cycle of a company, ie the formation and financing, the articles of association, the management and the shareholders and the way in which a legal person is liquidated and ceases to exist.
