Liability

Our fields of expertise include liability of directors and other stakeholders, professional liability, tort, insurance, fire, cargo damage, P&I matters and all transport related claims, including shipping, aviation and CMR-matters.

Litigation

Our lawyers are admitted to the Rotterdam bar and have experience in litigating before all the courts of the Netherlands. In addition our work includes arbitration proceedings before the national and international arbitration institutes.
